We want your Naughty Sauce to arrive safely, securely and ready to get involved with whatever you're eating.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options and the applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Any estimated delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees unless we specifically state otherwise.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Glass Bottles

Naughty Sauce is supplied in glass bottles. We package orders carefully using protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Please take care when opening your parcel and handling the bottles.

Damaged or Broken Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or broken, please do not consume the affected product.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@naughtysauce.co.uk and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please retain the damaged product and packaging until we've responded, as we may need further information.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we've sent you the wrong product or something is missing from your order, contact info@naughtysauce.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when ordering.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household or neighbours where appropriate before contacting us.

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, contact info@naughtysauce.co.uk and we'll investigate with the delivery provider.
